WASHINGTON, Jan. 23 (TNSFR) -- On January 16, 2025, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) filed a proposed consent decree in the case of United States v. Turn 14 Distribution, Inc., resolving allegations that the Pennsylvania-based company violated the Clean Air Act.
