WASHINGTON, Jan. 22 (TNSFR) -- The United States International Trade Commission (USITC) has initiated investigations to examine the potential impact of imports of temporary steel fencing from China on the U.S. industry.
The investigations, which include both antidumping and countervailing duties, are based on claims that these imported products are sold at unfairly low prices and are subsidized by the Chinese government. The products in question, classified under subheading 7308.90 . . .
