HERNDON, Virginia, Jan. 22 -- Volkswagen Group of America issued the following agency statement on Jan. 21, 2025:

Volkswagen continues to work hard at the bargaining table with the UAW to reach a strong first contract that makes our great Chattanooga jobs even better. We have a compelling offer on the table that guarantees employees a 14% pay raise over the four-year contract and a 25% raise over five years following recent pay increases.
