WASHINGTON, Jan. 19 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Education has introduced proposed priorities and requirements under the Rehabilitation Long-Term Training (RLTT) program, aimed at addressing national needs for vocational rehabilitation (VR) personnel.
