WASHINGTON, Jan. 18 (TNSFR) -- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has issued a final rule that adjusts civil monetary penalties for onshore oil and gas operations and coal trespass. This adjustment is in compliance with the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015.
