WASHINGTON, Jan. 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects at the Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge in New York, confirming a cultural affiliation with the Tonawanda Band of Seneca.
The remains of at least two individuals were identified, accompanied by seven associated objects, including ground stone gorgets, a lithic flake, a pipe stem, worked antler, faunal remains, and a ceramic fragment. . . .
