WASHINGTON, Jan. 18 (TNSFR) -- The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed updates to its Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) regulations to include certain per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) that are automatically added to the TRI chemical list by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (NDAA).
