WASHINGTON, Jan. 18 (TNSFR) -- The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a revision to the Federal Implementation Plan (FIP) regulating sulfur dioxide (SO2) emissions from four sources located in Billings and Laurel, Montana.
