FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Jan. 18 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission has approved revised tariffs for East Kentucky Power Cooperative (EKPC) and its member distribution cooperatives related to the purchase of electricity from Qualified Cogeneration and Small Power Production Facilities (QFs).
