FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Jan. 18 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission has granted Kentucky Power Company's request to have a stenographic transcript prepared for a hearing in its ongoing rate case.
The hearing, scheduled for January 28, 2025, will address Kentucky Power's application to enter into a Renewable Energy Purchase Agreement with Bright Mountain Solar, LLC.
