WASHINGTON - U.S. Senators Todd Young (R-Ind.), James Lankford (R-Okla.),and Jim Banks (R-Ind.) reintroduced the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act to protect newborns that survive abortions by requiring they receive care from health care practitioners.
