CONCORD, New Hampshire, Jan. 8 -- The New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission has issued an order denying a motion for reconsideration filed by the Office of the Consumer Advocate (OCA) in a proceeding investigating Liberty Utilities' compliance with vegetation management obligations.
