N.H. PUC Denies Office of Consumer Advocate Motion in Liberty Utilities Vegetation Management Case

CONCORD, New Hampshire, Jan. 8 -- The New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission has issued an order denying a motion for reconsideration filed by the Office of the Consumer Advocate (OCA) in a proceeding investigating Liberty Utilities' compliance with vegetation management obligations.

The OCA had argued that the Commission's review of testimony submitted by Liberty without the opportunity for cross-examination violated the administrative procedures act.
