ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico, Jan. 17 -- Bernalillo County issued the following news release on Jan. 16, 2025:
BernCo residents will gain more flexibility to build secondary dwelling units, or "casitas," on their properties following an amendment to the zoning code approved unanimously Tuesday night by the Board of County Commissioners.
