WASHINGTON, Jan. 16 (TNSFR) -- The Texas Trustee Implementation Group (TIG) for the Deepwater Horizon (DWH) oil spill has released its Draft Restoration Plan/Environmental Assessment #3, which proposes restoration projects aimed at rehabilitating wetlands, coastal, and nearshore habitats impacted by the 2010 oil spill.
