WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 (TNSFR) -- The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing amendments to its New Source Performance Standards and Emission Guidelines for existing sources in the crude oil and natural gas sector. These proposed changes come in response to petitions for reconsideration and focus on two technical aspects of the March 2024 rules.
