WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 (TNSFR) -- The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced its decision to deny or partially deny two petitions seeking reconsideration of the final action on greenhouse gas emissions standards for fossil fuel-fired electric generating units.
