ALBANY, New York, Jan. 15 -- Gov. Kathy Hochul, D-New York, issued the following news release on Jan. 14, 2025:
Governor Kathy Hochul today proposed a bold plan to make owning and renting a home more affordable as part of her 2025 State of the State.
