CARSON CITY, Nevada, Jan. 15 -- Nevada Attorney General Aaron D. Ford issued the following news release on Jan. 13, 2025:
Las Vegas, NV - Today, Nevada Attorney General Aaron D. Ford and Secretary of State Francisco Aguilar announced the sentencing of Mark White, a Las Vegas resident, for casting two ballots in the 2020 general presidential election. White pled guilty to attempting to vote both in Las Vegas and in Kingman, Arizona.
