WASHINGTON, Jan. 13 -- Sen. Cynthia M. Lummis, R-Wyoming, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis (R-WY) and Wyoming Secretary of State Chuck Gray jointly filed an amici curiae brief in the U.S. Supreme Court to block implementation of the so-called Corporate Transparency Act and to protect Wyoming's small businesses from its business-crushing regulatory burden.
