WASHINGTON, Jan. 14 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) has announced the availability of draft amendments to habitat conservation plans (HCPs) for the lesser prairie-chicken in Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.
