WASHINGTON, Jan. 14 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior National Park Service issued the following news release:
Dark for the Park Alliance is helping restore quality night skies for Carlsbad Caverns National Park, and on January 8th they released new standards for New Mexico's oil and gas industry.
While still maintaining job safety on site, Franklin Mountain Energy reduced unnecessary light pollution by adding light shielding and different color bulbs.
