Iowa to Receive Over $15 Million from Grassley-Backed Infrastructure Bill

WASHINGTON, Jan. 10 -- Sen. Charles E. Grassley, R-Iowa, issued the following news release:
Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) is announcing Polk County, Clay County and the city of Merrill will receive a total of $15,342,095 to update several railroad crossings. The award will be administered through the Department of Transportation's Railroad Crossing Elimination program, which was established in the Grassley-backed Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA).
