TOPEKA, Kansas, Jan. 11 -- Gov. Laura Kelly, D-Kansas, issued the following news release on Jan. 10, 2025:
Governor Laura Kelly on Friday signed Executive Order 25-01, a first of its kind executive order to reform the allocation of federal benefits to foster youth.
