TOPEKA, Kansas, Jan. 11 -- Gov. Laura Kelly, D-Kansas, issued the following news release on Jan. 10, 2025:
Governor Laura Kelly and the National Association of State Chief Administrators (NASCA) on Friday announced Secretary Adam Proffitt will serve as the 2025 NASCA president. Secretary Proffitt, who leads the Kansas Department of Administration and Kansas Division of the Budget, previously served as the treasurer of NASCA.
