CHICAGO, Illinois, Jan. 11 -- Kirkland and Ellis, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Kirkland & Ellis advised Kimmeridge Texas Gas, LLC on its private offering of $500 million of 8.50% senior unsecured notes due in 2030.
The offering is expected to close on January 14, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
