FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Jan. 11 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has approved Henderson County Water District's request to use funds from its unaccounted-for water loss surcharge for two projects.
The PSC order authorizes the District to use $14,288.04 for the purchase and installation of gate valves to improve system monitoring and leak detection.
Additionally, the order approves the use of $54,347.63 for the replacement of a leaky asbestos cement pipe . . .
