FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Jan. 11 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has partially granted a rehearing request filed by Roger D. Shocklee in his complaint against Kenergy Corp. regarding the rejection of his applications to interconnect two proposed solar power facilities.
