Formella announces that Gerard Michael Healey, age 57, has been sentenced on a class A felony count of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, a class A felony count of Theft by Misapplication of Property, and a class A misdemeanor count of violating an injunction issued under the New Hampshire Consumer Protection Act (CPA). < . . .
