OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma, Jan. 10 -- Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond issued the following news release on Jan. 9, 2025:
Another fugitive on Attorney General Gentner Drummond's 10 Most Wanted list is in custody.
On the evening of Jan. 3, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol arrested Donovan Ray in Bryan County. Earlier that day, the 10 Most Wanted tipline had received more than 30 tips offering information on his potential whereabouts.
