WASHINGTON, Jan. 9 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has received and accepted a license amendment request from Louisiana Energy Services, LLC, doing business as Urenco USA, for the National Enrichment Facility in Eunice, New Mexico. The amendment, dated August 29, 2024, seeks to increase the uranium enrichment limit for on-site recycling and support systems at the facility.
