WASHINGTON, Jan. 9 (TNSFR) -- The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced the receipt of multiple Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) from various federal agencies between December 27, 2024, and January 6, 2025. Among the notable filings, the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has adopted the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management's Final EIS for the SouthCoast Wind Project and Maryland Offshore Wind project, and these were previously filed with the EPA.
