The facts have not changed in the NC Supreme Court race.
Jefferson Griffin filed protests of over 60,000 votes that were improperly cast for a number of reasons in the 2024 General Election. The protests highlight specific irregularities and discrepancies in the handling and counting of ballots, raising concerns about adherence to established election laws.
