FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Jan. 9 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has issued an order requiring East Kentucky Power Cooperative, Inc. (EKPC) to respond to data requests filed by a group of intervenors in the company's application to construct new generation resources.
