PORTLAND, Oregon, Jan. 8 -- Daimler Trucks North America, a heavy-duty truck manufacturer, issued the following news release on Jan. 7, 2025:

Daimler Truck North America LLC (DTNA) today announced the appointment of Chris Backeberg as president of Daimler Trucks Remarketing (DTR), effective January 6, 2025.

In his new role, Chris will oversee all aspects of DTNA's used truck operations, including the continued development of the SelecTrucks premium used truck brand . . .
