WASHINGTON, Jan. 7 (TNSFR) -- The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized its Clean Air Act technology review for commercial and industrial dry cleaning facilities that use perchloroethylene (PCE) as a cleaning solvent.
The new rule regulates PCE emissions from dry cleaning establishments under the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP).
