ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico, Jan. 7 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Mexico issued the following news release:
A Zuni man has been charged with second degree murder in Indian Country.
The indictment alleges that on or about December 1, 2024, Glendon Laate, a member of the Zuni Pueblo, allegedly killed John Doe with malice aforethought by shooting him with a homemade firearm.
