WASHINGTON, Jan. 5 (TNSFR) -- The Maritime Administration (MARAD) has issued a notice seeking public comments regarding a request for coastwise endorsement eligibility for the foreign-built vessel Regenero. This vessel, a 40.6-foot catamaran, is intended to offer passenger cruises across several U.S. states, including Rhode Island, Maine, New York, Delaware, and others.
