WASHINGTON, Jan. 5 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued a ten-year export privilege denial against Eric Nana Kofi Ampong-Coker following his conviction in September 2023 for violating federal export control laws. Ampong-Coker was found guilty of attempting to illegally export five 9mm handguns to Ghana without the required licenses.
