WASHINGTON, Dec. 25 (TNSFR) -- The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the State of New York's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS). This revision pertains to a specific facility, Lehigh Cement Company LLC, located in Glens Falls, New York.

The revision establishes a source-specific emission limit for nitrogen oxides (NOX) emissions from the facility's Portland cement kiln.
