Griffith Announces $70,000 ARC Grant for Mendota Trail Study

WASHINGTON, Dec. 23 -- Rep. Morgan Griffith, R-Virginia, issued the following news release:
The Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) has awarded the City of Bristol a $70,000 grant. The funding will support a conducted study exploring a connector trail that connects downtown Bristol to the Mendota Trail. U.S. Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) issued the following statement:
"This ARC grant for $70,000 helps the City of Bristol acquire a consultant group to assess . . .
