WASHINGTON, Dec. 22 (TNSFR) -- The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to disapprove revisions to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) and Houston-Galveston-Brazoria (HGB) areas.
