Rep. Earl L. "Buddy" Carter (R-GA) today was selected by Energy and Commerce Committee Chair-Elect Brett Guthrie (R-KY) to serve as Chair of the House Energy and Commerce Committee Subcommittee on Health for the 119th Congress.
