WASHINGTON, Dec. 20 -- Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-South Carolina, issued the following news release:

Today, U.S. Senators Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) and Chris Van Hollen (D-Maryland) introduced bipartisan sanctions legislation following concerns about military action by Turkey or Turkish-backed groups in northern Syria. The Senators released the following statement upon introduction:
