WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 -- Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Missouri, issued the following news release on Dec. 17, 2024:
Today in a Senate Judiciary Hearing, U.S. Senator Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) challenged Charlie Baker, President of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) over the NCAA's pro-transgender, anti-woman policies.
"No federal court has ordered the NCAA to include biological men in women's sports. There is not a single case that has ordered the NCAA to do so... . . .
