DALLAS, Texas, Dec. 17 -- Haynes and Boone, a law firm, issued the following news release:

Haynes Boone advised AleAnna Energy, LLC in the successful closing of its business combination with Swiftmerge Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: IVCP), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company. The transaction, announced in June 2024, officially closed on Dec. 13, 2024, at which time Swiftmerge Acquisition changed its name to AleAnna, Inc.
