WASHINGTON, Dec. 16 -- Rep. Claudia Tenney, R-New York, issued the following news release:

Cleveland, NY Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (NY-24) today announced that her legislation, which would require the Department of Defense to purchase domestically produced stainless-steel flatware and dinnerware, was included in the Fiscal Year 2025 National Defense Authorization Act, which passed the House of Representatives on December 11, 2024.
