Attorney General John M. Formella announces that the Rockingham County Superior Court has entered a final judgment against Cory Spencer, formerly the lead contractor for PHX Remodeling LLC, finding that he violated New Hampshire's Consumer Protection Act (CPA) on 14 occasions by engaging in unfair or deceptive business acts or practices.
