The prevalence of sexual assault at the military service academies saw its first decline in 10 years, according to the preliminary findings from the Service Academy Gender Relations Survey for academic program year 2023-24, released Dec. 12. The data suggests the Defense Department's efforts to address these issues may be gaining traction. . . .
