ALBANY, New York, Dec. 13 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of New York issued the following news release on Dec. 12, 2024:
Toqwanda Ketchmore, aka "Quannie," age 30, of Albany, pled guilty today to marijuana trafficking.
