WASHINGTON, Dec. 11 -- Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, issued the following news release:

Congressman Henry Cuellar, Ph.D. (TX-28), a senior member of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Defense, issued the following statement after voting to pass the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for fiscal year (FY) 2025.

Dr. Cuellar supported the following provisions in the final text of the 2025 NDAA:
